Yes we did it.  After much thought and conversation we decided to jump on the Dubai Syle Chocolate Bar band wagon.

An artisanal chocolate bar with unique Middle Eastern flavors and an amazing textured filling.  

Outside is a snappy chocolate shell.  Inside you will find the oozing combination of  silky, nutty pistachio cream made with pistachio paste.  And yes it is green.  Combine this with a thin shredded butter toasted phyllo dough and a bit of savory tahini and there you have it.

Certainly a different taste.  You love it.  Or you don't.  It is a total taste experience.  Our bars are smaller than most.  Still a bit pricey but soooo worth it.
