Microbrew Beer Caramels
What in heaven's name is that? In our copper kettle we bring together our fabulous caramel recipe and add a little Irish Stout for a subtle craft brew flavor. Vermont cream, butter, and Irish Stout from our friends at Vermont Pub & Brewery, a new twist on a lot of old favorites. Sprinkle the top with a little sea salt and hops (yes that is HOPS), and you have a flavor to savor!
